4. Reservation and Payment

Tour reservations require a 25% deposit at the time of booking, with the balance due 30 days prior to the tour start date. For bookings made less than 30 days in advance, full payment is required at the time of booking. All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway.

Accepted payment methods include credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), bank transfers, and PayPal. All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include applicable taxes.

5. Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour date: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee
  • Cancellations made 15-30 days before the tour date: 50% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 15 days before the tour date: No refund

Fruit Trails reserves the right to cancel tours due to insufficient participants, extreme weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule for a later date.

6. Liability

Fruit Trails shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.

While participating in our tours, customers are expected to adhere to safety guidelines provided by our tour guides. Fruit Trails cannot accept responsibility for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity that may be caused during our tours due to factors beyond our control.

7. Health and Safety

Participants should be in good health and able to walk on uneven terrain. Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions at the time of booking. Pregnant women, elderly persons, and those with mobility issues should consult their doctor before participating in our tours.

For vineyard and fruit-picking tours, appropriate footwear (closed-toe shoes) is required. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing, a hat, and sunscreen for outdoor activities.

8. Privacy Policy

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

Fruit Trails reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We do so by posting and drawing attention to the updated terms on the site. Your continued use of the website after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
